1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Whether you are ordering a delicate pair of oxidized earrings, a new appliance for your kitchen, desk or home we ensure it reaches you safely.

2. Processing Time

  • Jewelry & Small Gadgets: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Home Appliances & Larger Desk Organizers: Due to extra quality checks and secure packaging, these may take 2–3 business days to dispatch.

  • Note: Orders are not shipped on Sundays or National Holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

  • Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3–5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.

  • All shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your Tracking Number and the name of the courier partner. You can track your package directly through the link provided.

6. Order Packaging

We take immense pride in our packaging.

  • Jewelry: Shipped in our signature "Calm Guy" premium boxes to ensure they arrive tangle-free and shining.

  • Appliances & Gadgets: Shipped with multi-layer bubble wrap and sturdy outer boxes to prevent transit damage.

7. Damaged Shipments

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that has been damaged during transit, please:

  1. Record an unboxing video (highly recommended for jewelry and appliances).

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@calmguy.in with your order number and photos/video of the damage.

8. Undelivered Packages

In the event of a failed delivery attempt (wrong address, recipient unavailable), our courier partner will try to contact you. If the package is returned to us, a reshipping fee may apply to send it back to you.
